In the vibrant landscape of Ireland's corporate and institutional spaces, a comprehensive view of race and ethnicity has long been elusive. GDPR constraints have led most organisations to depend on voluntary employee disclosure, leaving a gap in our understanding.
Organisations and institutions are increasingly recognising the importance of aligning with Ireland's diverse society. While some efforts have been performative, a select few are genuinely committed to creating inclusive workplaces.
